All of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for print-on-demand (custom printed) products.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we gladly offer support only in cases related to production or shipping issues.

Each item is custom-made once an order is placed.
For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I ordered the wrong size,” or “I don’t like the product.”

⚠️ Cases Eligible for Return or Reprint

A replacement or refund may be offered only in the following cases:
The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
The product was delivered with an incorrect print, model, or size.
The product was damaged during shipping.

In such cases, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide a short description and photos showing the issue for review.

🚚 Shipping and Damage

If your product was damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the package and item as soon as you receive it and contact us.
Once verified, a free replacement will be issued.
